In 1993 we began to organize prayer seminars. I found, in many churches, that the pastors were often preyed on by friendly fire and enemy attacks. These pastors also carried the many stresses of being a local church pastor. Quite often, they were not prayed for because people expected the pastor to pray for them. At that time, there were no books written on the importance of praying for the leaders of the church or teaching how to pray for the pastor. We decided to write the book Preyed On or Prayed For.  

I am happy to say that since we published this book, many pastors now have people who consistently hedge them in prayer.

This book is great for individual or group study. It contains thought-provoking questions and explains why praying for our pastors honors God and invites His blessing.
